Shipping Information

Furbabies use the Royal Mail to deliver its packages

Rates depend upon weight and are calculated at checkout.

Orders over £30 will automatically get postal insurance included for no extra fee to allow for any postal losses

Where ever possible customers will be given a choice of shipping options, but please allow up to 5 days for delivery, as the postal service is the only part or the shipping process we have no control over.

Whilst every effort is made to stock every product we list on our site, this is not always possible and sometimes events outside of our control may cause a delay.

You will receive an email to confirm your order and delivery details.

Returns

Furbabies policy is one of 100% customer satisfaction.
If any purchases fail to meet your expectations, we will exchange, issue a credit voucher or refund your purchase on condition that you return the goods within 7 days of receipt of the purchase. Goods have to be in an unused condition and with the original packing. Postage will be charged on exchanges.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to either replace the product or offer a refund for the value of the goods returned upon receipt.
If upon purchase of an item you wish to return it due to size problems i.e. you measured something incorrectly and the product either doesn't fit your pet or your pet cannot fit into the product, we will accept returns based around a handling fee of 20% of the items sale price.
