1/2 Medium Banana
3 Dessert Spoons of plain yoghurt
Mix together in a bowl then cram it inside your labradors favourite Kong, freeze overnight in Freezer and then watch as your labrador Spents countless minutes attempting to extract the goodies within and at the same time cooling him down.
